Last and youngest of all the Elemental Incarnates, the Chameleon is born to nobility in the House of Grace in name only. The true origin of his blood heritage stems from the High Lord of Gorra, who in the need to avoid treason, had given his pregnant consort to the Grace Lord Priz as a gift who dismissed her immediately upon discovery of her pre-condition. She was then sent to marry a fiefdom ruled over by Reuben the Hawk. Thus officially, the male child aptly named Legran of lower noble birth branded as a stigma. He wields the Element of Water. His soul swims in this power controlling oceans, rivers, and lakes, even anything that is of liquid form anywhere.
